The result is shown in Figure 23-9. If you now click on the Publishers DataGrid, the Titles DataGrid is automatically updated to display all and only the titles for the selected publisher.

Publisher ungroups the object into individual shapes, which are all selected, and displays the Group Objects button. You can now adjust the size and position of individual shapes.

The interesting thing about this is that we have added only a few lines to the game to get the new character, and many of the lines we have added were copied from other methods. We could easily add other kinds of sprites and make them appear and disappear when we want them. It would also be quite easy to add things like Extra Life sprites if we wanted the game sprites that increase the number of lives available.

You configure a DataAdapter from inside the Properties window or, more frequently, by clicking on the Configure Data Adapter link near the bottom edge of that window to start the Data Adapter Configuration Wizard. After the welcome page, you select which connection the DataAdapter will use in the wizard s second page.
